Rickey Devonish, an Associate CIPD, has extensive experience in the retail and training sector, currently serving as a People Experience Business Partner - Programme Delivery at JD Sports Fashion since November 2008. In this role, Rickey reports to the Group Head of Training and collaborates with the Regional Sales Manager to enhance recruitment and development processes for management levels. Responsibilities include leading management skills training programs, overseeing the induction of new management, designing and delivering tailored training workshops, and ensuring compliance through training audits. Before JD Sports Fashion, Rickey held the position of Recruitment & Training Manager at Snappy Snaps from 1998 to 2008 and was part of the Retail/Training Team at Cobra Sports Limited from 1990 to 1998.
