Chad Smith

Chad Smith has extensive experience in leadership and management roles within various industries. Currently serving as a Manager at JDS Industries, Inc. since May 2017, Chad previously held the position of Team Leader at Adams Thermal Systems for a brief period in early 2017. Prior to that, Chad was a Plant Supervisor at Dean Foods from September 2007 to December 2016, where responsibilities included supervising warehouse activities and coordinating Continuous Improvement meetings. Chad's career began at Morton Buildings, Inc., where initial roles progressed from crew member to Crew Foreman and Sales Professional over a nine-year span. Further experience includes work as a Sales Associate and Delivery Driver at Schoeneman's Lumber from 2005 to 2007, along with education at South Dakota State University in 1995-1996.
