Justin Volker

Justin Volker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and finance. Currently serving as the Manager of Risk and Finance at JE Dunn Construction since May 2013, Justin leads a team responsible for underwriting trade partner risk and managing the Subcontractor Default Insurance program. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as a Commercial Credit Analyst at UMB Bank, where Justin produced formal credit write-ups for evaluation by loan officers and senior management. Additional experience includes a Corporate Planning Internship at Ameren Corporation, where Justin developed statistical models for the company’s electricity generation fleet, and a Credit Analyst role at Central Bank of Missouri, focusing on borrower financial analysis. Justin holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and General Management from Washington University in St. Louis and dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and International Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
