Matt Ryan

Matt Ryan currently serves as the Senior Preconstruction and Estimating Manager for Healthcare at JE Dunn Construction, where leadership in preconstruction efforts spans across the United States, providing comprehensive preconstruction services. Previously, Matt Ryan held the position of Preconstruction Manager - Healthcare at Turner Construction Company, overseeing healthcare projects in Nashville and Middle Tennessee from design to contract approval. Matt Ryan has also managed preconstruction processes for federal projects and contributed to significant healthcare builds, including a $4 million project at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. An early career included roles as a Field Operations Intern at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC, and as a Property Management Intern, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University.
