Andy Bemis

Andy Bemis possesses extensive experience in labor relations and management. Currently serving as Labor Relations Specialist and Labor Relations Manager at JEA since December 2014, Andy has developed expertise in labor issues. Prior to this, experience includes serving as Business Manager for Northeast Florida Public Employees' Local 630 from September 2005 to August 2014, where responsibilities included enforcing collective bargaining agreements and training stewards. Additionally, Andy has been the Head Coach at Black Creek Volleyball Club since November 2009 and managed high-volume restaurants as General Manager at Applebee's from August 1999 to September 2005, emphasizing customer satisfaction and budget management.
