Bert Sparks

Bert Sparks has over two decades of experience in the utility industry, currently serving as T&D Foreman at JEA since October 2000, where responsibilities include supervising the construction and maintenance of distribution systems and overseeing transmission construction. Prior to this, Bert served in the United States Marine Corps as an Overhead Foreman and Field Radio Operator from August 1995 to August 1999, developing strong leadership skills and a commitment to service. Bert completed education at Sandalwood High School from 1990 to 1994.
