Blake Osner has extensive experience in leadership and employee development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at JEA since 2005, where previous roles included Manager of Employee & Leadership Development. Prior to JEA, Blake held the position of National Manager of Training & Development for all Customer Care Centers at ADT Fire & Security from 1999 to 2005. Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Abilene Christian University, earned between 1982 and 1987.
