Bryan Spell

Bryan Spell, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water resource management and environmental compliance. Currently serving as the W/WW Development Manager at JEA since October 2013, Bryan oversees all developer projects related to water, wastewater, and reclaimed water infrastructure. Notable previous roles include Manager of Water and Sewer Preventative Maintenance and Manager of Joint Agency Projects at JEA, along with serving as the Water Infrastructure Manager and Stormwater Program Manager at the City of Wilson. Bryan's career also encompasses roles at EcoTurf, Inc., NCDOT, and the NC Department of Environment and Natural Resources, where skills in project management, compliance inspection, and environmental engineering were honed. Bryan holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BS in Agriculture Systems Technology from North Carolina State University.
