Greg Turner

Greg Turner is an experienced professional with a robust background in engineering systems, software development, and project management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering and Operations Systems at JEA since November 2011, Greg manages a substantial budget while leading agile teams focused on various technical initiatives. Previous roles at JEA include Manager of Engineering Systems & GIS, where Greg fostered strong stakeholder relationships and established an enterprise-wide GIS group. Earlier experience includes positions at GAT Communications and Software Quality Engineering, where Greg excelled in web development and marketing strategies. Additionally, Greg served in the U.S. Navy Reserve, reaching the rank of Cryptologic Technician Interpretive 2nd Class, and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Relations and International Affairs from Florida State University.
