John McCarthy

John McCarthy is a seasoned procurement professional with over two decades of experience in supply chain management. Currently serving as Chief Procurement Officer at JEA since February 2001, John has developed expertise in strategic sourcing and procurement processes. Prior to this role, John completed a 20-year career in the U.S. Navy Supply Corps, where responsibilities included serving as Supply Officer. John holds an MBA in Logistics from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, attained in 1994, and a degree from the United States Naval Academy, completed in 1980.
