Kristen Head

Kristen Head is an experienced digital media professional with a focus on social media strategy and content management. Currently serving as the Digital Media Coordinator at JEA since March 2017, Kristen develops and analyzes social media campaigns to enhance the organization's online presence. In addition to this role, Kristen is a Hootsuite Global Ambassador and has experience as a Paid Social Media Specialist on a self-employed basis. Prior positions include Digital Content Producer at Cox Media Group and Multi-media Web Producer at First Coast News, where skills in content creation, social media management, and analytics were honed. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism with a focus on Internet technologies from the University of West Florida.
