Michelle Speight

Michelle Speight, MSEd., PHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Operations Specialist at JEA and has been an Adjunct Instructor at Florida State College at Jacksonville since August 2011. With extensive experience in project coordination, Michelle has managed numerous educational programs, including online learning and faculty onboarding, while also overseeing substantial budgets exceeding $3M. Michelle's expertise encompasses curriculum development, enrollment management, and the implementation of various technology solutions such as SharePoint and PeopleSoft. Additionally, Michelle has held roles in procurement and human resources, demonstrating strong capabilities in administration, training, and compliance. Education includes a Master of Science in Education from Kaplan University and ongoing doctoral work in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Capella University.
