Shay Hill

Shay Hill has over 15 years of experience in environmental investigations and remediation, with a tenure at JEA from December 2013 to the present, serving in roles such as Government Relations Specialist, Manager of Byproduct Services, and Byproduct Specialist. Prior experience includes working as an Environmental Scientist at URS Corporation from January 2007 to December 2013. Shay Hill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from the University of Florida and an Associate of Arts in Environmental Science from Santa Fe Community College, along with a foundational education from Arlington High School.
