Thomas Moysan

Thomas MOYSAN is an experienced production and continuous improvement engineer currently working at Groupe JEAN FLOC'H since October 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas served as an engineering student focused on optimizing the workflow of dry sausages at SAUCISSONS CHAMBOST and participated in a collective project to streamline processes in a pig slaughterhouse at VetAgro Sup. Previous internships include production optimization at O.A. - OCEANE ALIMENTAIRE, developing an innovative food product at VetAgro Sup, and quality assurance at Viandes CLERMONT. With a solid educational foundation in agro-industry and agricultural affairs from VetAgro Sup and a background in animal physiology and microbiology from Université de Rennes I, Thomas has demonstrated leadership through roles such as treasurer for BDE VetAgro Sup and deputy greenhouse manager.
