Teresa Silla Vidal has over 25 years of experience in the fashion and retail industry, currently serving on the Board of Directors and as HR Director at Jeanologia since 2008, where the company focuses on sustainable and efficient technologies in denim finishing. Prior to Jeanologia, Teresa held a leadership role at Sinetex - grupo Eurotrend from 1997 to 2007, managing the official distribution of Sinequanone in Spain and overseeing multiple retail locations and wholesale operations. Teresa's educational background includes a Psychology degree from the University of Valencia, an Executive Program in Agile from Kairos Digital Solution, a Master in Personal Development and Leadership from Borja Vilaseca Institute, and a Program for Management Development from IESE Business School.
