Thierry Brun

Thierry Brun is a corporate/M&A partner at Jeantet - avocats, a leading French law firm, where expertise lies in advising French and foreign corporations and private equity firms on investments, divestments, acquisitions, and joint-ventures since 1991. Prior to this role, Thierry Brun served as a law professor at Gendarmerie Nationale from 1988 to 1991 and was a teaching assistant at Université Paris-Sud from 1987 to 1991.
