Lim Siew Tin

Lim Siew Tin assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer for Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients on 1 January 2021. Beginning in 1997, Ms Lim’s journey in the company has spanned almost 25 years, and several leadership roles throughout the family enterprise, including General Manager of Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients in the Philippines (2010-2012) and Indonesia (2012-2014). In 2014, she took on the roles of Key Principal Manager, Regional RBU Controller and Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients Board Secretary. In 2015, she became the Managing Director of Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients in Singapore and Malaysia, then Chief Operating Officer in 2020 before reaching her current position as CEO.
