Jeckra is a property developer and delivery company that provides the full suite of management services, from design and development to project and construction management.

A part of the broader Jeckra Group, Jeckra Activate could best be described as an asset enhancer.

Combining our in-house design, development and construction expertise, Activate breaks down a childcare centre into revenue streams, revenue prohibitors and operational costs, and then provides tailored business cases for building alterations and additions that will improve on all these metrics.

We look at a centre’s floorplans, energy bills, occupancy rates, staff turnover and existing building conditions (just to name a few) and then provide a range of smart, sustainable and people-centric construction solutions that will improve its service and earning capacity.

We provide the planning, delivery and construction management services required to get the project over the line and all with a focus on reducing the impact of construction on a centre’s operations. Jeckra Activate has safely delivered over 400 outstanding childcare renovation projects without having to close a single centre.

We’ve completed security audits, signage rollouts and every building renovation imaginable, from commercial kitchen upgrades and full bathroom refurbishments to expansive yard refurbishments and significant building alterations.
