Chamique Holdsclaw is an accomplished athlete, author, and mental health advocate, currently serving as the Owner of Chamique Holdsclaw LLC since 2011, where the focus is on promoting health, wellness, and fitness. As an Ambassador for The Jed Foundation since July 2015, Chamique Holdsclaw utilizes a platform to raise awareness about mental health issues affecting teens and young adults, aiming to make a positive impact on millions. A former professional basketball player, Chamique Holdsclaw played for teams including the Washington Mystics, Los Angeles Sparks, Atlanta Dream, and San Antonio Silver Stars from 1999 to 2010. Chamique Holdsclaw earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 1999.
