Armin Schramm's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Starting in 2014, at Teva Pharmaceuticals, they worked as a Project Manager for Business Analytics until 2018. In 2019, they joined Jedox and held the positions of Project Manager Consulting from January to October, and then became the Project Manager for Center of Excellence Customer Success until December 2021. From January 2022 to December 2023, they served as the Head of Cloud Conversion, and from January to December 2023, they were the Head of Inside Sales. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Engagement at Jedox, starting in January 2024.

Armin Schramm attended the University of St.Gallen from 2007 to 2014, where they studied Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Business Administration). Armin also obtained certifications as a Scrum Master (PSM II) and Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) from Scrum.org.
