Hong Xiang

Hong Xiang's most recent work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Jedox since April 2023. Previously, they held the position of VP of Engineering Operation at the same company from September 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining Jedox, Hong Xiang worked at Testo SE & Co. KGaA from 2014 to 2022. During this time, they held various roles, including Director of Cloud and Mobile Software from October 2020 to September 2022, Head of eSolution from September 2015 to October 2020, and Lead of E-Business Development from April 2014 to September 2015.

Prior to that, Hong Xiang worked at Haufe Group as a Project Manager and Scrum Master from March 2008 to March 2014.

Hong Xiang obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physics from Fudan University in 1997. Hong then pursued a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Informatics at the University of Bremen from 1999 to 2003. In 2017, they obtained an EMBA in Business Management from Hochschule Furtwangen. Most recently, from 2019 to 2022, they attended Edinburgh Napier University and earned a Doctorate (DBA) degree in Business Management. Additionally, Hong Xiang obtained a certification in "Onboarding New Hires as a Manager" from LinkedIn in 2022.
