At Newsela, Keioni was responsible for ensuring that the user experience was as smooth as possible and granting administrative rights. Keioni also conducted customer outreach via Google hangouts and came up with scalable solutions for automation internally and externally. Additionally, Keioni maintained functionality of the website by filing JIRA tickets, answering support cases and emails.

At Outbrain, Keioni provided excellent customer service by efficiently resolving issues and responding to inquiries via email/live chat. Keioni also evaluated customer issues and trends to determine areas in need of improvement and implemented proactive corrections. Additionally, Keioni conducted monthly webinars focused on customer success and education on the platform and wrote headlines for managed clients. Keioni also trained new personnel regarding company operations, policies and services.

Keioni Walker graduated from Virginia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Keioni Walker reports to Cynthia Ramos, VP, Sales Operations & Client Success. They work with Matt Dill - Client Success Associate, Tyrone Burrus - Senior Client Success Manager, Publisher, and Mark Monjeau - Head of Client Success.
