Dhruv Chhapekar

Dhruv Chhapekar has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Dhruv began their career as a trainee at Process Equipment Division, Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. in 2013. Dhruv then became a Graduate Engineering Trainee in the Security Solutions Division of the same company. Here they were an Assembly line supervisor for export safes, led a team of 70 employees and improved productivity of assembly line operations to increase throughput. After that, they worked at Swiggy starting as an Assistant Operations Manager in August 2015. Later on, they became City Operations Manager and then Business Associate. In 2018, they founded Cleeyo, where they worked till February 2020. After that, they joined Portea as Product Manager, and then a Senior Product Manager where they worked from June 2020 to March 2021. In 2022, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Product Manager and worked there till March 2023. Currently, they are working as Senior Product Manager, Marketplace Experience at Jeenie.

Dhruv Chhapekar completed their Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering in 2014. In May 2014, they obtained a certification in Competitive Strategy from Coursera. Dhruv later pursued a Business Administration and Management program at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2021, followed by a Master of Business Administration degree at Cornell Tech in 2022. Before pursuing higher education, they attended K.C. College and Activity High School, but no degree or field of study information is available for those institutions.
