Kirsten Brecht Baker has extensive experience in leadership roles and entrepreneurship. Kirsten is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Jeenie, a mobile platform that connects users with interpreters for on-demand language assistance. Prior to Jeenie, they co-founded Global Professional Search (GPS), a staffing service that specializes in sourcing talent with global competencies. Before GPS, Kirsten co-founded the Constellar Group, a business consulting firm focused on internationalizing companies and organizations. Kirsten has also held positions at American Councils for International Education, where they served as a Special Advisor to the President and Chief Officer for Marketing and New Markets. Kirsten's earlier career includes co-founding New City Construction, a residential construction company, and First Americans Development Company, as well as holding leadership roles at eStoreUSA, Accent Partners, and Monitor Group.

Kirsten Brecht Baker pursued their education starting from 1987 to 1991 at the University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Russian. Kirsten then continued their studies at The Wharton School from 1994 to 1996, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies and Finance.
