Soumya Shetty

Soumya Shetty is currently a Principal Technical Writer at Jeeves ERP, with a tenure starting in May 2014, focusing on creating information-based content for high-level users and partners by collaborating with technical and application teams across Sweden and India. Previously, Soumya served as a Senior Technical Writer at Aptean from June 2012 to April 2014, working across multiple product lines in various management spaces and interacting with subject matter experts in several countries. Earlier experience includes roles at Triumph India Software Services Pvt Ltd from September 2006 to June 2012 as a Project Manager and Senior Technical Writer, leading a large team in the telecom domain, and at Informatics India Ltd from June 1999 to August 2006 as a Content Editor, managing production teams. Soumya holds a B.A. in English, Psychology, and Sociology from Bangalore University, earned between 1986 and 1989.
