Jean FELON is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and training within the aviation industry. Currently serving as a Trainer for OCC Disruption and Crisis Management at ENAC, Jean also holds the position of Head of Operations Control Center at Luxair, focusing on redefining operational responsibilities and minimizing customer impact during unforeseen events. Prior roles include Head of Operations Control Center at XL AIRWAYS, where Jean managed team performance, budget control, and training in compliance with IOSA standards, as well as being a Business Partner for multiple Jeff de Bruges units. With a diverse background that includes roles in commercial management and humanitarian project management, Jean has developed a strong skill set in crisis management, operational efficiency, and team leadership, complemented by relevant certifications in flight operations and customer service resolution.
