Kris Gleason

Kris Gleason is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Human Resources Partner Team at Jeffco Public Schools, Kris leads a new team dedicated to enhancing HR services for a large district. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner at WellPower, Human Resources Manager at Alliance Construction Solutions, and various HR leadership positions at Kiewit, including Human Resources Director.
