Ayse Selin Arar

Ayse Selin Arar is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in structured products and finance. Currently serving as Vice President - Structuring & Transaction Manager and Vice President - Sales and Trading Legal at Jefferies since August 2022, Ayse previously held various roles at Ashurst from July 2019 to August 2022, including Associate, Legal Manager, and Paralegal in the Global Markets - Structured Products Group. Additionally, Ayse completed a legal secondment at Goldman Sachs as a Legal Secondee from April 2020 to March 2021. Earlier career achievements include working as a Junior Associate at YazıcıLegal Hukuk Bürosu and as a Legal Intern at Saba Özmen Avukatlık Ortaklığı.
