Jason Osorio

Jason Osorio has a strong background in finance and accounting. Jason has served in various roles throughout their career, starting with Pall Corporation as an Accountant from October 2011 to September 2012. Jason then worked at AIG as an Accountant II from October 2012 to October 2015. After that, they joined Cornerstone Capital Management as a Senior Accountant from October 2015 to September 2017. In 2018, they joined Jefferies, where they held positions such as Fund/Corporate Accounting Consultant from July 2018 to April 2019, Assistant Vice President - Asset Management Controller from April 2019 to August 2021, Assistant Vice President - Investment Banking Controller from September 2021 to November 2022, and currently holds the role of Vice President - Investment Banking Controller starting from December 2022.

Jason Osorio attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they pursued and successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting.
