Lachlan Fincher

Lachlan Fincher is an experienced finance and compliance professional, currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Regulatory Affairs at Jefferies since June 2011. In this role, Lachlan acts as the primary liaison with the FCA, overseeing regulatory changes and strategic initiatives within Jefferies International Limited. Prior to Jefferies, Lachlan held various positions, including Change Director at Credit Suisse and Compliance Director at Barclays Investment Bank, focusing on regulatory projects and compliance support. Earlier career highlights include an Executive Director role at Goldman Sachs managing compliance programs and a consultancy position at KPMG US, working with investment banks on compliance and regulatory matters. Lachlan holds an Associate Chartered Accountant designation and a degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
