Melanie Stevens is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent advisory and acquisition roles. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Advisor and Front Office Recruiter at Jefferies since November 2023, Melanie has also held the position of Senior Talent Advisor at LevelUP HCS since July 2022, where expertise in human capital solutions is provided. Prior experience includes roles as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Zoom for a brief period in 2022, and as a Recruitment Consultant at PERSONA Staff from May 2018 to June 2022, alongside earlier experience at TTSC from August 2014 to April 2018.
