Nanan Marc Thierry Kouakou

Nanan Marc Thierry Kouakou is a seasoned professional in algorithmic trading and low-latency connectivity, currently serving as Senior Vice President - Algo Trading at Jefferies since August 2018. Prior to this role, Nanan worked at Barclays Investment Bank from April 2011 to August 2018 as a Low Latency Connectivity Developer, where responsibilities included developing a low-latency connectivity platform for major exchanges and creating tools for validation testing. Experience includes programming in C++, Java, Shell script, and Perl, along with exposure to FPGA and specialized hardware. Nanan’s earlier work in algorithmic trading began with an internship at Panasonic in 2009. Nanan holds a Master of Engineering in Software Engineering from Nara Institute of Science and Technology and a Diploma of Technical Studies in Civil Engineering from Institut National Polytechnique Yamoussoukro.
