Peter Bergschneider

Peter Bergschneider is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and advisory roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at Jefferies since January 2024, Peter previously co-founded and held the position of Partner at Aviditi Advisors from January 2020 to December 2023. Peter's earlier career includes serving as Principal at PJT Partners from July 2013 to December 2019 and as an Associate in Institutional Distribution at Credit Suisse from September 2011 to June 2013. Additionally, Peter worked as an Analyst in the Private Sales Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and as an Associate Consultant at The Lucas Group. Peter began the career with a summer internship at Gridiron Capital LLC. Educational qualifications include attendance at Gettysburg College and Greens Farms Academy.
