Sanjiv Chauhan

Sanjiv Chauhan is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in government bond trading and risk management. Currently serving as a Senior Vice President and EU Government Bond Trader at Jefferies since June 2016, Sanjiv specializes in periphery, core, semi-core, and sovereign supranational agency (SSA) markets. Prior to this role, Sanjiv held the position of Vice President at Morgan Stanley from 2008 to 2016, where responsibilities included market making in the Western European Sovereign CDS market, as well as trading government bonds, futures, credit indices, and interest rate swaps. Sanjiv is recognized for building strong relationships with top-tier real money clients, contributing significantly to revenue generation in the CDS business. Sanjiv holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Economics from Queen Mary University of London, earned from 2003 to 2006.
