Tom Graziano is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and leveraged finance. Currently serving as Managing Director at Jefferies & Company since July 2006, Tom previously held the position of Vice President in Leveraged Finance at BNY Capital Markets, Inc. from 1997 to 2006. Tom holds an MBA in Finance from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, obtained between 1995 and 1997, as well as a BS in Finance from Fairfield University, earned from 1988 to 1992.
