Victor Truong

Victor Truong is a seasoned technology leader in the financial sector, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income E-Trading Technology at Jefferies since September 2009. With extensive experience in e-trading market structures, Victor has collaborated with the COO Team and Desk Heads to drive various tactical and strategic initiatives across Rates and Credits Businesses. Prior roles include Head of Rates Technology at Citigroup and significant positions at Banc of America Securities, TIAA-CREF, NationsBanc Securities LLC, and CRT Government Securities LLC. Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, earned between 1986 and 1989.
