Yek Eng

Yek Eng has extensive experience in financial technology and product management, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Jefferies LLC since August 2007, focusing on integrating and deploying private client trading terminals and algorithmic trading solutions. Prior to this role, Yek held the position of VP at Lava Trading/Citi Group from November 2004 to July 2007, where responsibilities included guiding order management and market access functionalities. Additional experience includes working as a Sell-Side Product Manager at Lava Trading Inc. and as AVP for Transaction Services at NASDAQ, where Yek executed key strategic projects, including the implementation of a high-capacity trading platform. Yek's career began in 1984 at NASD, culminating as Director with various departmental responsibilities. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
