Yu Mao

Yu (Roxy) Mao currently serves as an AVP Analytics & BI Developer within Fixed Income Cross Business Technology at Jefferies, having joined the company in July 2021 following a brief tenure as an Associate Developer in the same division. Prior experience includes a Process Mining Consultant role at Celonis, where significant cost savings were achieved using advanced analytics techniques; a Graduate Research Assistantship at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business, focusing on data mining and quantitative analysis; and various analyst positions at Rutgers University, Prudential Financial, Johnson & Johnson, and Alibaba Group, where expertise in data analysis, process optimization, and strategic insights were developed. Yu (Roxy) Mao holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from William & Mary and a Bachelor’s degree with double majors in Economics and Human Resources Management from Rutgers University.
