Drew Chapman

Drew Chapman currently serves as the Regional Director of Development at Jefferson Apartment Group, a position held since June 2010 after progressing from Vice President, Development Partner. In this role, Drew is responsible for multi-family development activities across the Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New Jersey markets, overseeing tasks such as land identification, contracting, due diligence, financial analysis, and architectural and construction oversight, as well as participating in raising equity and debt capital. Drew holds a degree from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School (2002-2005) and attended Penn State University (1994-1998).
