Julie Contos

Julie Contos is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Jefferson Apartment Group since October 2017, Julie leads strategic marketing and communications for a multi-family portfolio spanning 10 East Coast states. Prior to this role, Julie held the position of Vice President of Marketing/Communications at The JBG Companies from January 2008 to August 2017, overseeing branding and public relations for various properties. Julie also served as Marketing Director at A.J. Dwoskin & Associates, Inc. from December 2001 to January 2008, directing marketing activities for residential and commercial management. Earlier in Julie's career, from 1994 to 1999, Julie was the Director of Resident Services for a 1002 unit Class A apartment community at Lincoln Property Company. Julie holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Yale School of Management and a BBA in Marketing from JMU College of Business.
