Ronda Layo

Ronda Layo is an accomplished professional in property management, currently serving as Regional Vice President at Jefferson Apartment Group since January 2020, where previous experience includes the role of Senior Regional Property Manager. Prior to this position, Ronda spent 17 years at Lincoln Property Company as a Senior Regional Property Manager and five years at JPI as the Director of Community Operations. Ronda's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1996 and 1998, along with foundational education from St. James High School.
