David Mitchell

David Mitchell has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. David most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer for Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC and also held the position of VP Finance & Treasurer. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Breazeale Group and Duke Cannon Supply Co. In addition, they served as the Interim CFO and Controller for Vanguard Soap.

David Mitchell's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Ecolab, where they held the position of Vice President N.A., Global Business Services and Assistant Treasurer. David also worked as the CFO & Senior Vice President for Ceridian, where they oversaw various operating units and managed trust operations. Prior to that, they held positions at GMAC ResCap as a Managing Director in different departments, including Secondary Marketing, Accounting Operations, and as an executive managing governance for the GMAC Mortgage Group Board of Directors.

Earlier in their career, David Mitchell worked at Hughes Electronics Inc. as an Assistant Treasurer, where they developed financing strategies and managed bank relationships. David also worked at General Motors, where they served as the Manager of the European Regional Treasury Center and as a Senior Financial Analyst in the New York Treasurer's Office.

David Mitchell began their career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Throughout their career, David Mitchell has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, forecasting, and operational performance analysis. David has also shown proficiency in managing budget and personnel, implementing cost-saving measures, and driving financial growth.

David Mitchell completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. David then pursued further education and obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a Business Concentration from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Concurrently, they also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management during the same period.
