Marty Hecker

Marty Hecker has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marty started their career in 1990 as the Principal and CEO of MJ Hecker & Associates, where they successfully grew a debt collection agency/law firm into a 40-person small business. During their time there, they demonstrated expertise in areas such as debt collection regulations, business administration, operations management, staff development, public relations, and vendor contract negotiations.

After leaving MJ Hecker & Associates in 2010, Marty Hecker worked as a Senior Analyst at Promontory Financial Group, LLC from August 2011 to December 2013. Marty then became an Independent Distributor at LifeVantage Corp from October 2011 to June 2022.

In 2014, Marty Hecker started their own consulting company, Marty Hecker Consulting LLC, where they served as a mediator.
