Penny Campbell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Penny started their career in 1987 as an Operations Manager at Fingerhut, where they were responsible for overseeing a large order processing organization. In 2001, they became the CEO and President of Penny Products, a small entrepreneurial company specializing in scrapbook products. During their tenure, they successfully sold products directly to consumers and managed relationships with over 100 retail stores.

In 2002, Penny joined Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC as the Chief Commercial Officer. Penny played a key role in the company's growth as a leading purchaser and servicer of consumer charged off and bankruptcy receivables. Their responsibilities included servicing both secured and unsecured assets and managing relationships with clients such as banks, financial institutions, and credit card issuers.

In 2001, Penny briefly worked at Wilkie Sanderson as a Business Process Manager. Penny was hand-picked by the company's president to resolve manufacturing process and quality issues and provided leadership to a team of 120 members.

Most recently, in 2019, Penny founded Inspiration Nation LLC. This new concept focuses on messaging and gifting to make someone's day. The company aims to provide efficient and fun solutions for keeping in touch with employees, peers, customers, and family through digital messages and optional add-on gift cards.

Throughout their career, Penny has demonstrated strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to adapt to different industries and roles.

Penny Campbell attended St Cloud Business College from 1987 to 1990, where they earned two degrees in the fields of Travel & Tourism and Court Reporting. Penny then pursued further education at St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School, focusing on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
