Tom Lydeen

Tom Lydeen is a seasoned professional with diverse experience spanning various roles in the creative and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Bankruptcy Specialist at Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC since August 2022, Tom previously held the position of Legal Specialist at Midland Credit Management from December 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included reviewing legal documents and validating affidavits. As a Theatrical Costume Designer and Painter since January 1998, Tom operates an independent costume design business. Prior experience includes working as a Mental Health Associate at St. Cloud Hospital, an Art Buyer and Presentation Graphics Specialist at Carlson Marketing, and a Presentation Designer at MartinWilliams Advertising, where Tom designed visual presentations and coordinated client displays. Tom began a career in costume design at Rochester Civic Theatre, working from September 1991 to November 1996. Academic credentials include a BFA in Fine Art/Painting from St. Cloud State University and additional studies at Bemidji State University.
