Beth Carter

Beth Carter is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in employee relations, compliance, and human resources management. Currently serving as a Business Partner at Jefferson County Commission since July 2017, Beth previously held significant roles including Senior HR Consultant at Human Resource Management, Inc. and HR Manager at Surgical Care Affiliates. With a strong foundation in HR education, Beth has also been an instructor for SHRM certification courses through BSHRM and has managed HR teams in various organizations, contributing to policy development and operational improvements. Beth holds an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Montevallo.
