Leonid Mazur

Leonid Mazur is an experienced Application Developer at Jefferson County Commission since October 2002, specializing in Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI and developing custom financial reports with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Previously, as GIS Consortium Coordinator and Enterprise GIS Manager, Leonid managed the operations of the Enterprise GIS Division, supporting over 3,000 employees and 660,000 citizens. Prior to this role, Leonid served as a System Analyst GIS, demonstrating expertise in GIS software development and database design. Earlier in the career, Leonid worked at Aerotec LLC as a Programmer GIS, leading projects for new GIS systems.
