Reid Coley

Reid Coley is an experienced professional in construction management and engineering inspection, currently serving as the Assistant Highway District Superintendent for the Jefferson County Commission since July 2020. In this role, Reid supervises construction, maintenance, and operations while assisting with the planning of daily activities for the Highway Maintenance Division. Previous positions include Principal Engineering Construction Inspector and Engineering Inspector for the City of Birmingham, as well as roles with the Florida Department of Transportation as an Assistant Underwater Bridge Inspector. Reid has also managed projects at Emergency Restoration Services and built client relationships as the National Account Manager at JRC: Nationwide Construction. Reid holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The University of Alabama.
