Shelia Rice

Shelia Rice has extensive experience in accounting, serving as an Accounting Assistant II for both the Jefferson County Commission and Jefferson County since 2002. With over two decades in the field, Shelia has developed significant expertise in financial management and accounting practices. In addition to practical experience, Shelia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Talladega College, earned between 2012 and 2014.
