Cheryl Murphy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Information Technology Services Manager at Jefferson County Public Library since January 2018, Cheryl leads the IT Services team responsible for the Library’s Integrated Library System and related technologies. Previous roles include IT Project Manager at the same institution, where responsibilities encompassed the implementation of a new SharePoint intranet website, and Digital Marketing and Web Development Manager at First Data Corporation, overseeing large-scale web projects. Cheryl's earlier career includes positions at Jefferson County Public Library as Public Services Manager for Digital Experience, CableLabs as User Experience / Requirements Strategist, and IHS as a Senior Manager in Digital Marketing. Cheryl holds a Master's degree in International and Intercultural Communication from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder.
